Bruce Shoger is a results-oriented leader with over 30 years of
direct experience in various aspects of managing information
technology. He brings perspective to the issues of ever-changing
technology, complex architectures, intense cost pressures, and
has consistently brought value to companies experiencing
dramatic change. Having served in leadership roles for the past
15 years and consulting extensively on organizational
effectiveness, he is capable and comfortable dealing with any
and all issues that must be addressed to achieve superior
performance.
Bruce is a very experienced leader in the areas of Strategy,
Organizational Effectiveness, IT Governance, and Major Program
Remediation. His action-oriented approach to managing has
brought success with start up companies (growth to $100 million
annual run rate), officer level positions at public and private
companies ($15 - $125 million annual revenue), and major IT
program management (up to $60 million budget.)
He has served as President and Chief Operating Officer, Viant
Corporation; President and Chief Operating Officer, Ernst &
Young Applications Services, LLC; President and Chief Consulting
Officer, Ambient Consulting LLC; Partner, Ernst & Young US LLP;
Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Home & Building
Control Division, Honeywell, Inc. He served 5 years on Board of
Trustees for the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and
currently serves on the Board of Directors for a privately held
technology company.
Bruce holds a
B. S. in Business Management from Northern Illinois University
and attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of
Business. He and his family reside in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
